well done everyone!! were really going for it arent we?

well, i go to the spa tomorrow where i have discovered i have a 2 course lunch, a 3 course dinner and a full english breakfast the following morning - damn it!! i have paid nearly 200 pound for this though so i am going to enjoy it, even if that means a gain i dont want to spend the weekend miserable trying to ignore the fact im really wanting that pudding etc. i will make the best decisions i can but not going to beat myself up. i wish i had taken next week as a holiday really but hey ho, ill just deal with it when i get back, speed soup monday and tuesday before weigh in will hopefully compensate. oh and ive started taking the pill and im ravenous, but made a good decision last night, i had the just eat website up, where you can pay on debit card and get take away delivered and i turned it off and used my last healthy b and had a ham sandwich and did a healthy food shop instead. quite proud of that

Can someone please update for me? Have updated myself twice, but by the time my post is listed, the thread has moved onto the next page and it never gets updated as a result. (Is the reason my posts take so long to get posted anything to do with the fact that I'm a new member - it took more than 12 hours for my post to appear the last time I posted?)
