I am also struggling with this month's challenge and failed abysmally on the July challenge too I've decided not to take part in the September challenge as, rather than giving me an incentive, it's just making me feel like an utter failure :cry:

If you aren't already a member, come and join the slow losers team - the vast majority of us lose teeny amounts or STS with infurtiating regularity but at least it makes me realise I'm not the only one not losing 3, 4, 5 or even 6lbs a week on a regular basis

Sorry to hear things are still not good for you on the home front Lou :hug99:

I am also struggling with this month's challenge and failed abysmally on the July challenge too I've decided not to take part in the September challenge as, rather than giving me an incentive, it's just making me feel like an utter failure :cry:

If you aren't already a member, come and join the slow losers team - the vast majority of us lose teeny amounts or STS with infurtiating regularity but at least it makes me realise I'm not the only one not losing 3, 4, 5 or even 6lbs a week on a regular basis

thanks hun yes im a memeber of that group i have been gaining and losing the same 2 pound for a month and a half and i deserve to have lost it i follow it better than all my friends and they seem to be able to lose 2 pound through being good 2 days out of 7. reall annoying lol. im having real health things going on at the minute i have to have an operation on the 7th september and hopefully things will improve from there but i have hormonal problems too, i wont bore you with details but it hinders weight loss. it doesnt help when my friend had a good week and lost 4 pound!! it takes me a month to lose that. i feel like such a failure im not partaking in any challenges anymore, my challenge will be to lose an extra damn pound to get my stone award that ive been hovering around losing for a month and a half now grr!! hahaha. oh well slow and steady wins the race......eventually hahaha
