Autumnflower is Back for 2017 - Pictures Galore

HELLO! I'm Sophie, and this is Slimming World attempt number 3 :) I've successfully lost each time, but then life and choices got the better of me again - I am starting at 10st 6lbs, which is a few pounds before my max weight on my previous start weight on my last journey - everything is still here so have a read and ponder through my old food diaries - I'm big on posting pictures!

Well, I went to Meadowhall today to go shopping (bought a headband :rolleyes:) so had lunch out for the first time in ages!

Went to Nosh, and I had a jacket potato with cheese. I did leave a bit of cheese on the side as I really don't like chedder cheese, i'm a red lecister or nothing kinda gal. But i'm going to count it as 2xHEA just to make sure.

I'm going out tonight so saving all my syns for vodka and diet coke, and i've tried to cut back slightly during the week to compensate also.

OK, so the damage score!

The bar I went to ran out of diet coke! So I settled on lemonade which I looked up as 284ml as 3 syns. I have these little cans of coke that are 150ml, which fill up a tall tumbler glass, so took that as the amount put in as mixer, so around two drinks had 3 syns. I think this works out right, as I thought all non diet drinks had a ridiculously high syn count, and assumed lemonade would too? but hey ho!

After the night I shared a chicken kebab, with a friend. Had salad on it, and left my friend the pitta so not too bad. Worked this as; Large chicken kebab (meat only) on Green = (15.5) had half = Roughly 8 syns.

Then I went home and had.... a fruit salad!
*pat on back* nearly ate my b.f's chocolate buttons but resisted :D

TOTAL SYNS FOR THE DAY= 57.5

I always struggle to get 1/3 superfree in sometimes. My cooked breakkie had about 1/4 superfree, and I was going to have an apple straight after nando's, but I was so stuffed I couldn't fit it in, so just waited and had strawberries later on to sort of 'make up' not having it in the meal. Not really how EE works, but oh well! tomorrow is another day!

BIT OF SHOPPING, AIMS FOR THE WEEK, ect!

bought a pack of sweet potato and butternut squash chunks :D will have to think of what to have with this! might make a soup, or try and separate them and have the squash as roasted as a side on a RED day. They look really similar in colour though, so might have some trouble with that!

I also bought.... DUM DAHH DUMM...... Some skinless and boneless Basa fillets! I'm trying to incorporate more fish into my diet, as it's good for losses, and a speed/ss food, and adds abit of variety so I don't get bored. I got it for £2 for 4 fillets frozen at Aldi! Bargain! Got a pack of green beans to go with these.

This week I am aiming for:
at least 5 portions of fruit and veg
3 of which are SuperSpeed
Keep up the 'Moderate' work out of 3 songs per day on Just Dance 2.

And we've run out of absolutley all food! [strike] I know I haven't had my 2 HEA's, but we didn't have any milk for some mint choc options :( [/strike] OK, so me and the b.f decided to walk to Tescos to get bread and milk :D so hot chocolate for a drink, woo!

Managed to fit my 5 fruit n veg in today though, but didnt get any superspeed food in though. Will try harder tomorrow!

OK, so after a two hour lecture, and no back up food in my bag as I had ran out of alpen lights I resorted to... Burger King :eek:. me and all my uni mates were soo hungry we headed to the closest fast food place! Didn't go completely off plan though, so thats something! BK are very good with their nutrition values on the website though!

I was going to have it with green beans, but I only remebered by the time i'd eaten it all :eek: I made the breadcrumbs by blitzing a slice of wholemeal bread, with some herbs and lemon juice. Next time I don't think i'll bother with the crust, as it is fine without it!

I did go over my syns though for an inpromtu few drinks out. Would have been fine for syns, but my bf came back with a double vodka instead of a single for the last drink! never mind, i'm sure if I have around 10 syns tomorrow it will even out my syn count.

I'm also missing my two HEA's, but at a loss at what to have as there is only red leicstershire cheese left as I need milk for breakkie tomorrow.... and i only have 1.5 syns left to put it with something.. hmm...

SATURDAY WEIGH IN

WI yesterday, 1lb on :(

I'm not too fussed at the moment, because I know i've stuck to plan, so hopefully it will show next week, especially considering I lost 7lb in my first week. I'm still above average in my weight loss, which is 3lb a week at the moment.

I was having one of those evening where I just want to eat and eat and eat! Managed to keep the fairys at bay by eating a whole bag of carrot sticks :D

I then made some spicy sweet potato wedges, but as soon as I put them on my plate, I just didn't want them at all! I think this is a big milestone for me.
