Physically, I kinda feel the same as I did when I started lol... If I could go back for a day then I might realise the difference. Emotionally I feel pretty good about it

Yeah I'd say if you went back you'd realise the difference. I know I feel 100 times better, definately more alert and definately have more energy.

Oh I love come dine with me. Its great on a Saturday because they run them all back to back.

I love quiche too. I am the queen of quiche. Its my speciality party food. My family has big parties every now and again and we all make food and meet up. I usually make baby quiches and a few other things. If I don't make them people be disappointed!
