ooh I do love Eddies Chicken tenders (shared).. AND a half club sub meal... YUMMMYYYYY.... But they've taken the half club sub off the new menu now :cry:
Skinny beach burger is my new thing.. And hafta get chips but wud happily share them coz the burger is enough.. Just need a little something to pick at

Never had that sub. The tenders are good but I looooove the wings! Think the wings are pretty bad pp though
Love cheesy fries but think I'll pass on them this weekend, might nick just a couple of OHs fries though. I really want a dessert

That's OK.. "Real" chips are much nicer anyway Why don't u make sum up ready to go in the oven and freeze them.. So it'll still feel like yer having convenient frozen chips??
Aw no doubt the days of tears will follow for me too.. I dont think a full week ever passes without me having a cry.. I'm such a whinge..
My BF has got to the stage when I cry he says "aw.. whats wrong now?" IF he acknowledges at all.. :8855:
(that makes him sound men n uncaring but he's really not..That's just how often I cry!)

haha .....I'm a secret crier. I tend to cry in the larder, were I keep the food funnily enough.

Nah Sarah I wreckon I'd outcry ANYONE.. Last week when I had that 'argument' with my Dad.. I went home to talk to him to sort it out.. Soon as I started to speak I started!! So the conversation started like this "I'm gona cry but just ignore my tears.. its not even something to cry about.. but........" ha ha ha.. I'm a disaster!!
Me, my Mam and my brother are (were for Mam ) whingers!! We'd just see one of either of us cry and we'd start.. Wudn even kno why we were crying half the time.. The rest of the family thought we were crazy..Its a running joke in the house even now..

Our internet is down.. well its back now but no doubt will be gone again in 2 mins!! I.T are "looking into it" so hopefully its back soon.. feel lost without internet (minimins) and email.. How did we survive without it??!!

Ah IT... What a glorious job. I'd love their job to be honest. So easy (well it is when you know what you're doing if you know what I mean!). Ever watch the IT crowd? Then should turn the routers on and off again...

Anyway i text and apologised for her getting the wrong impression but also made it clear no matter I may or may not have done/said there was no justification for that.. But she had not long come off anti-depressants for post natal depression so I will give a bit of leeway... While also trying not to be usual pushover self...

Erm... well.. in her way, yes.. But not really.. her way of apologising is "I didn't mean. I was angry" but no mention of I'm sorry..
Its always been the way.. Normally ya see I just go "ah yea its grand dont worry about" I dont like confrontation and I dont like holding grudges or having the stress of being angry at people.. I'm defo a Pettigrew (mam's family) when it comes to grudges n confrontation.. Anything to avoid it.. But this time she went too far..
She called me up and let rip down the phone.. no questions asked so I calmly say "i'm gona end this call. But if u wana call back and speak in a decent manner feel free to do so and I will talk to ya"
She didn't call back.. Instead she deleted me off her FB and put up the following status update "its a sad day when you realise your best friend is nothing but a fat c8n7. People have told me years about her but I didn't listen. Well she can f*k off"
But we've been best mates for 18 years. She's my cousin (distant. My mam n her Mam are 1st cousins) and without her I'd have probably done a very silly thing after I lost my Mam. So I have allot to be thankful to her for.. But at the same time I dont want to be a doormat that she can speak to like when she feels like and get away with it.. So we'll see what happens.. Am not expecting anything good or bad.. Just gona see how it goes.. I do really miss her.. And i'm missing her little girl growing up which is what really gets me.. She's like a niece ya kno?!

What she said was very very harsh. Seriously. I've fallen out with mates but they're still on my FB, I wouldnt delete them unless they'd done something terrible... simply because I know it'll blow over eventually.
It would be best to make up but you shouldnt have to make all the effort in it, she should've said sorry properly! x

No yer grand.. Dont think i explained.. its a very long story...
Basically.. It was easter weekend (me Elaine and Avril had arranged to have a road trip to Belfast on BH Monday) and my other mate Avril (the girls that's lost 5stone) made up a little goodie/gift bag thing for me and Elaine (my other mate). She had made us some Rocky Road cake so I went on to Avril's FB page and the conversation went like this:
Me "yummy ta for the rocky road.. It was delish"
Michelle (the girl i'm up to) "I thought u were on WW?!"
Me "I am. What's the point "
Michelle "Yer not allowed ice-cream"
Me "I didn't have ice-cream. But i'm 'allowed' anything I want in moderation and as long as it counted in my allowance"
Michelle "Oh I forgot you know everything"
Me "No not quite everything but I do kno that.. As does u n any1 else that's done WW"
Elaine "So whats munchies we getting for our road trip?"
Avril "Whatever u want but sausage rolls, jambons and coffee are a must!"
Me "Ha no way.. now that wud be a million PP's "
So the conversation went on n on between me, avril and elaine about our road trip and what time we were going etc, and during this time Michelle rang yelling down the phone..
She took the "that wud b a million pp's" as me tryna take the p1ss.. Which it 100% wasn't. The conversation had moved on from how it started. The girls don't know Michelle so wudn't have been taking the mick anyway..
So that's the story of why she said what she said... (still awake???? lol)

Oh I'm awake hon, don't be silly. I read that twice to make sure I was getting exactly what went on.
I think thats the problem with the internet & texting... we cant HEAR the tone in a persons voice and sometimes we read things in a tone that the sender didnt mean at all. So she probably thought you were being sarcy with her when really you were just pointing out the way the WW program works. I honestly wouldnt appreciate someone saying something like SHE said "I thought you were on WW?!" and "Yer not allowed ice cream". I dunno what her problem is but you didnt do anything wrong and seemed like she was out to get you from the start there?! And making it so you have to defend what you're eating when I (and everyone on here) knows how good you are with your eating. I'm a bit annoyed on your behalf now lol!!

She absolutley was trying to get at me 100%
As I said she'd just come off her anti-depressants and she had sum weight to lose as well (in her eyes) at the time.. But she'd had a baby 10months previous and to me or anyone looking at her she looked great.. But u kno yerself wen ur not happy with ur weight doesn't matter what others think.. So I was doing OK with the new program n she (at the time) didn't have the motivation to stick with it. We all know how hard it can be at the beginning. So it got to her that I was losing n she wasn't in the frame of mind to.. In saying that, I'd say I'm still a good stone if not more heavier than her! I'm attaching a pic of me n her 3 months after she had the baby.. she looks amazing.. (i think)
