    I'm back to try Atkins again after trying it back in March but only getting through 5 days then blowing it, can't afford to muck about anymore if I want to be a beautiful bride!

    I've seen a couple of people mention they've had Pepsi Max or Coke Zero, is this ok to have on induction?

    Today i've had:
    B = 3 scrambled eggs with 2 slices ham
    L = Prawn mayo & salad
    D = (will be having) Roast chicken with salad & mayo
    S = Half a Mattesons smoked pork sausage & coffee with 2 sweetners & a dash of double cream

    Is this menu looking ok to everyone?

    :)

    I have been having Coke Zero on induction, but not other diet ranges as they contain citric acid which can affect some peeps apparently.

    I think the menu all looks good, you might wanna check the carbs on the mattesons sausage, dunno if you have already, but if not have a look cos some sausages and stuff can have a lot in sometimes.

    Good luck on the diet and I am sure you will be a lovely bride.x

    Thanks, I do love my fizzy drinks (although I know I shouldn't). With regards to the Mattesons sausage it has 0 carbs :)
