Back again!!! This time im gonna stick at it!!!

Friday: Red
Breakfast:
Shredded wheat (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Turkey & Ham with potatoes (HEb) and veg

Dinner:
Was still full from lunch so had an apple and strawberries with yoghurt.

Saturday: EE
Breakfast:
Wholemeal toast (Heb) with boiled egg.

Lunch:
Vegetable soup and 2 apples. Pkt walkers crisps (9)

Dinner:
Potatoes and beans.

Monday: Red
Breakfast:
Shredded wheat (HEb) and milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Wholemeal bread (HEb) with ham, turkey and cheese (HEa) toastie. Can of diet coke.
Pkt walkers crisps (9)

Yoghurt

Dinner:
Vegetable Soup

Today: EE
Breakfast:
Shredded wheat (HEb) and milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Vegetable soup, strawberries, grapes and pineapple with muller light yoghurt.

Yoghurt

Dinner:
Chicken breast with pasta and veg.
