back for good this time

Not a happy bunny this week. Only half a pound off after all my hard work. Hopefully it will show up next week though.

Finally got my 3 stone award. 4 and a half pounds off this week. Also won Slimmer of the week. Now sat in day case ward at hospital waiting for a bed to have a facet joint injection in my neck. Didn't sleep very well last night due to pain and nerves. Will be glad when it is over and I can go home. Paul maintained this week but is OK with that. He seems to have a good week followed by either a maintain or a small gain. He won the raffle though. It was all store cupboard staples so will be handy at end of the month.
 
Ouch painful injection...was it planned. Nearly worse in my opinion as you get to think about it beforehand.
Well done on the weight loss
 
Yes it is planned. Have to have them about every 6-9 months as having compressed discs in my neck. Will be glad when it is over though.
 
Gosh I bet you'll be glad when they are over, you poor thing! Hope they do the trick though.

The injections did the trick. No painkillers needed since Tuesday.

Put 4 pounds on this week but last week I weighed in at 9 am and this week at 7 pm. Aiming to lose that 4 next week.
 
Being up and down makes it so hard...I'm the same.
 
Going on holiday in 10 weeks so want to lose at least 10 pounds by then to be under 13 stone.
 
Me too...well 8 weeks to holiday and want to be 68kg which means my BMI will be under 30 and I will no longer be obese. It is a psychological thing that means I will feel safer on holiday and less likely to keel over with a heart attack or stroke.
 
10 pounds in 10 weeks sounds definitely doable.

Go for it!!

Also wanting to know about where you're going, love hearing about others holiday plans
