Back for stage2 after 8months

Posted in the diary section but wanna say hi here too! Lost 3stone 2lbs aug-november and took 8 months off.. with a gain of 12lbs (which is awful!) i had a broken foot and was quite sick for a while.. but not really much of an excuse.

Day 1 is going great. (so far)

Will def needa keep on the forum as it always helps me along.
