back on LT agian

hello all!

well im finaly back on LT today after being ill for a month
doctors told me i had to come off

im going to have soooo much fun getting into ketosis agian! NOT!!!

ive been thinking about changing over to CD my aunty has just gone on it and she likes it much more than LT.is the weight losses the same each week as LT though?

Very sorry to hear you have not been well and good luck with your restart!

The weight loss is the same with CD and they do have a huge variety of flavours to choose from and plans.

Lipotrim is really the no frills diet.

I missed my flapjacks I found the CD bars were far too yummy:cry:
