Back on thd after two month break

So I'm focused and committed and ready to stick with it!
I started on Monday and weighed 15st 1.2, weighed today and weighed 14st 12.8 (I'm a serial weigher) iv stuck to diet apart from I had cous cous but not too worried bout that, not had any wine since Sunday and as someone who drinks red wine every night this is an achievement!

Here's my diary so far (may have mixed carbs/fat & extra rice etc)

Monday
B - puffed rice cereal
L - cous cous, chick peas, bacon
T- chicken salad

Tuesday
B - nly
L - chicken salad
T - frittata

Wednesday
B - frittata
L - chicken salad
T - chicken, veg

Thursday
B - nothing
L - brown rice pasta, passata, asparagus, bacon
T - cous cous, salad, lamb in spicy lime marinade

Tomorrow I'm thinking porridge breakfast,8eggs, bacon & tomatoes for lunch & tuna in lime marinade with roasted veg & rice.
I'm at a kids party and love buffets so resisting the buffet will be hard!!
 
Day 4


B - nothing
L - prawn salad
T - chicken salad

Drinks - sparkling and normal water
Snacks - a few small lamb pieces from yesterday's tea

I'm a bit constipated (tmi :/) so I hope when that 'flushes out' ill weigh less!

Tonight I resisted birthday cake, buffet, takeaway, wine, strawberrys & sailor jerrys!
I did consider having a glass of wine tonight but iv stuck to sparkling water with lemon & guna thoroughly enjoy my glass of red tomorrow with some dark chocolate mmmmmmm.
I'm guna stick to phase 1 for a while as I have a lot to lose but I'm guna have a glass of red at weekends only (which is a big thing for me as iv been having 2-3 glasses every single night since god knows when !! My poor liver needs a break!
 
Day 6 (accidentally put day 4 as yesterday!)


L - bacon eggs tomato
T - moazeralla bake
Snacks - bottle wine :/ and pistachios

Day 7

Weigh in at 14st 8.4 total loss for 6 days is 6.8 lbs :)))) just need half a pound tomorrow and iv lost half a stone
 
So I had BBQ and bottle wine yesterday but still lost yaaaay

Today's
B - puffed rice cereal
L - veg n cheese bake
T - tuna salad
 
Weigh in on day 7 is 14st 7.4 (loss of 7.8lbs)
 
Well done so far Hun! I've fell of the wagon as of late but hoping to get more into posting on here to force me into better ways!! Starting afresh from tomz so watch this space!! ?X
