Are you eating too much? No! Eat more - I reckon you should be eating two healthy As a day. Alex James (the guy out of Blur who makes cheese) was on telly a while back proving that if you eat low fat dairy you lose more fat. I can link his 10 minute youtube video if you want.

Not surprised the smash pizza was minging. I think smash is manky so I've no reason to believe the pizza would be nice. Have you tried pizza made with wholemeal pitta bread? Yummy. Plus I saw someone (think it was Kwise) making a big square pizza recently using a square wrap.

Thankyou. I am well chuffed with it. Almost didnt get weighed though because the lady in boots said the machine had broke, and i kind of made them turn it on and suprise suprise it worked haha.

I do try and eat 2 HEX A, i don't really drink that much milk, i might start having a glass before bed to just get it in there or double my cheese up like i did today but forgot to write it down.

oooh yeah would love to see the vid. I thought it was weird that a punky rocky man makes cheese lol.

It was awful, i was raging about it all day at work, really looking forward to it. It is seriously disgusting,never ever again. I loooooove pitta and i think that might taste better lol.

Thankyou sausage. I think my losses are slowing down now though. Might try SE next week. Going manchester for halloween on saturday so not a good week to start it flexi day lol.

Having abit of a bad time at work too. A collegue that has been here for 8 weeks and that non of us like is being promoted to assistant manager. Not happy at all so its abit of a downer time for us all at work. Chin up though( no longer almost double chin up) lol
