l. Jacket pot with lc cheese (hexa1) & salad
s. 2x alpen bars (hexb1)
t. Veggie stir fry with noodles and sweet chilli sauce (3)

Friday 28/09/12- EE Day

b. fruit n fibre (hexb) with milk (hexa) & green tea
s. 2 bananas
l. cous cous (1.5) muller light & green tea
s. Banana before walk home frm work
t. home made chicken curry (free) with brown rice
s. curly wurly (6) & diet coke

40 minute jillian micheals workout

l. (cafe lunch)
chicken lettuce n tom sandwich (hexb1) spread (2)
Hot choc with cream (9)

t. salmon topped with cheese (hexa1) & breadcrumbs (1.5)
veg mixed with sweet chilli sauce (1.5)
s. 1x weetabix n milk & 1 alpen light (hexb2) (hexa2)

No thats fine, I tend to mix plans up a bit, I usually do EE but switched to red & green recently hoping to boost my losses a bit!
