Well after my flexi syn weekend i am now back on track :D didn’t eat half as much as i expected as i just wasn’t overly hungry! (for once lol!) i am movin house 2moro so its goin to prove hard but im gonna try as best as i can! Would love to lose a pound this week to get my half stone but really cant see it happenin so id be happy wit a maintain this week :D

Glad you had good weekend.
As for this week, maybe all the extra body magic moving boxes etc will work to your advantage.
Quickly nip out and stock up on mugshots, pasta n sauce, banana's then cook up some hard boiled eggs - all quick to make and eat to keep you on straight on narrow.

Do flexi syns for couple days (like you said you'll prob STS) but will be fine week after

Thank u so much :D great ideas, il be stickin to green days as at the min with movin i cant afford a load of fresh fruit etc!lol but i done a hell of a lot of walkin yday so im hopin that helps and like u say with movin stuff its good body magic, plus cleanin J xx
