Hey guys. I started my weight loss in January weighing 19stone 9.8. i lost 4 stone but have been dreadful these past few weeks have put 8 lb back on so ill get weighed tomorrow then back on track. I have 19 days until my friends wedding. So I will spend the next 19 days on a light protein breakfast, 2 meal replacements and fruit for snacks. Really need to get my head back on track. Any help appreciated. X
