Going From Flab to FAB!
Morning 
well Im an returner god knows how many times over!
Have done a few diets several times and am going to retry SW Im at the heaviest i have ever been so feel that the journey ahead is going to be a real tough one, Its quite hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when you have alot to lose
Anyway, Im 36 Im currently at college training on an access course to hopefully go into childrens nursring or midwifery
I have 4 children, 3 are at home with me. a choccy lab and a lovely partner.
Im hoping writing everything down and sharing my thoughts will help guide me, I could also do with a heap of lovely people behind me... It always means more because you all understand
