After a fat ass week off I'm back tomorrow with 12weeks until holiday!!

Thing is.. My in laws have brought kids HUGE bag of chocolates ect and I'm so pissed off! Really hoping I can keep away from them I need to stick to it so bad, want to go thin clothes shopping! I'm so pissed off :,(

I remember you from the last time i was on here.Its my 3rd time back on cd:ashamed0005: after gaining back everything i lost the last 2 times.
Well done to you for keeping off your 5 stone.
You can do it you know whats involved as you`ve done it before,just think of it as a choice that you have made and not as a "sentence" and you`ll do great.Picture yourself on your holiday and how great your going to feel,thats my incentive anyway.
