Can't believe am back here, I don't know what happened to me last year, after losing over 4 stones in 2008 and managing to keep it off for 2yrs I just can't explain how it easily crept up, but the good thing is I've got atleast 2stone to lose this time round and not 4stones!!!

I must admit I was a bit stressed looking for work. Am in a good place now with a new job and today I went to see my Consultant and started, am hoping this is it now!

Day one today and it's been mega hard but am sticking in there.... wish me luck and good luck to all re-starting... xxx

This day has really dragged! Still am excited as I have two shakes to go, can't wait for 5pm... am having porridge then 8pm going to have my chicken and mushroom soup.... I hope tomorrow will be better, got loads to do as my boss is away on holiday for the month so hopefully the day will pass faster and the week even faster... haven't really done well on the water front but am sure I'll pick up as the week progresses.

I think it takes a while to get used to drinking all the water, I have only been back at work a week since maternity and I'm seeing a big difference on how much I drink at home compared to work! I think it has something to do with the millions of cups of tea I drink a day too though!!

Well done for coming back though! and like you said much better to be loosing 2 stone and not 4 :) you've done really well to notice your slipping and getting back on track before your back to square 1 so you should be really proud of yourself :) xx

Thanks Beth, you are doing brilliantly too!!! I had to notice the weight creeping esp with going back to work, none of my office wear was fitting me, when I wasn't working, I'd got comfortable wearing leggings, don't they know how to expand with you...lol... I refused to buy new clothes and I have been wearing two black stretchy trousers until I can get back to the weight I was on before...

Wishing you all the very best. You can do this.

I know exactly where you are coming from. Same reason that I am back.
Sorry that you are back, but glad to have someone else posting in this sub forum. It was getting really lonely here, with nobody posting on a regular basis and I really need the Minimins support that I found here first time around.
I have started the day with my daily porridge and can look forward to my Weigh In at 8pm tonight. Fingers crossed.

Hi Nibbles! It has gone a bit quiet hasn't it? Glad to see am not the only one... Let's keep each other motivated. I love weekdays as I am so busy I don't get time to think about food... But evenings are abit tricky, I'll have to get used to going to bed early as I tend to pick hence the weight gain....:(

Day two hasn't been too bad, I can feel abit of a headache coming on even though I've already had about 3ltrs of water.... Guess it's just my body adjusting.

Good luck on your weigh in, let me know how you got on. Mine's on Sunday and I can't wait!!!!

Day three whoop whoop! I always lapse on day 2 so am glad I managed to get thr to day 3! It's a miserable day out there but hoping the weather will get a bit better later on...
So just had my coffee, will have my breakfast shake about 11-12, I am not a morning eater (even when am not on a diet) Am terrible in the evenings so I've decided I'll only be taking one shake to work, then when I get home I'll hve my porridge with the kids when they are having their tea, then at about 8pm I have my soup, I'm allowed white meat with greens but the first few days have been ok so I haven't really had any but I have icelands shredded ready cooked plain chicken incase I feel like having some.

Good luck all and hope you are all doing fine... Let's see how this day pans out!!!

Btw, how do you put the tick or strike thr on the mini targets when you have achieved them?

Today was by far the hardest day!!! I wasn't hungry but just wanted to eat sooooo much! So in the end had some of the iceland chicken an hour after I had my porridge. Am still wanting to eat something....:( Anyway will put the kids to bed then have my last shake and watch some of my soaps then off to bed... only way to avoid picking...lol
Hope tomorrow turns out abit easier and hope you are all doing fab!

Well, I finally went to bed at 9.30 last nite, was a bit shattered so didn't struggle sleeping at all... and for the first time this week I didn't have the bad dreams I've been having.... so vivid and scary!!! My friend told me it is something to do with starting a new diet...? Anyone had bad dreams the first few days?

Nearly ready for work now so will catch up with you all in the evening... Just had my coffee and a glass of water...

Good day to all, enjoy the weather, (well it's supposed to be nice in SouthEast where am at), be good and drink loads!!! :) xx

Day 5 today and I just didn't want to get out of bed despite going to bed at half 9 last nite. My bed was sooo cozy this morning, kept pressing the snooze button until my daughter came to my room...
I felt a bit light headed getting out of the bed and had to sit back down for a while. Am ok now and rearing to go....
Nice weather here. Hope everywhere else is as nice as it is here. Enjoy the weather people and be good. Drink loads of water and see ya all later!

Fab for keeping it going, this weather makes it worth it as we start to rummage thru the wardrobes for spring/summer clothing.
Day 5, so you can't turn back now, we both know what it felt like when we were without those extra lbs last time.
Now you will start to notice the changes. When is your next weigh in.???
Fab weather here in West London and plan to tidy the garden, or at least make a start.

You've done amazing so far! I know when you get nearer to target the weight slows down, that's what made me give up last time round, wish I'd stuck to it, just keep going gal and it will eventually fall off! Have a great day!.

    Hallo all my lovelies!

Another day another....?? lb off? well hope so anyway, I can't seem to get past 9.30pm nowadays, am too shattered and just want to go to bed... anyone else doing that? Am loving it though as sleep never came easily to me, this week it's been early night early rise suits me fine.

So, don't know what the day will be like, am excited it's Friday, I have a lecture in between office time then lunch I love it! Means the day flies past so quickly.

Today am happy to report am wearing my size 12 linen white trousers and they feel good, I can button up and I havent got a big muffin top, am wearing a loose top so it doesn't show but the main thing is even buttoned they feel quite comfortable which I couldn't do last week. Jeez it must have been all the water retention, amazing what a few days can do.

I have been very good this time round and not taken a peek on the scales, I'll wait till I see my cdc on sunday, I know even if I havent lost much atleast the inches are reducing otherwise my clothes wouldn't be feeling comfortable/loose.

Anyway, enough of this morning yakking...lol, got go get myself a cuppa coffee. Laters all. x
