Bad Week

    Ello all,

    well this week for me hasnt been the best diet wise. I got it into my head that after my WI last tues id be ok to have a wee treat. Which was fine until i woke up the next day and ate again. This has carried on until today and ive finally realised im sabotaging all my hard work. So 1st thing tomorrow morning im back on the diet with a vengeance. So if i do have a gain or STS on Tues itll serve me bloody right! *gets wrists slapped*

    Dont worry too much Lisa. At least you have made the decision to get back on it! Even if you have put on or sts tomorrow is a new day and you can start afresh. We cant be perfect all of the time ( but dont tell the men that!) Good luck and keep going. x :D
