Hi Everyone, I am starting slimming world again on Monday and I cannot remember if beans/peas are classed as free as in veg/fruit?
So say I was having an EE day, could I have 1/3 mushy peas, 1/3 potato and 1/3 fish? Or ate they classed as a carb?!
