Baked/jacket pot's

    Hiya im planning on having a jacket potatoe for tea tonight, and i dont know what the points are... its medium size... please can somone let me know thank you in advance...

    Hey hun it really depends on the actual size of it- medium is classed as fist size, and when i had one last week of that size it was 3.5 points (not including the butter/filling etc) xx

    i have these when i need something filling a 250g potato is 2 pointsx

    Lovely thank you guys.
    I had been allowing 3 points for 200g of potatoe...so i've been diddling myself! I can have an extra 50 grams for 2 points total, nice one!

    i thought it was 2 1/2 points for a 250g jacket potatoe?
