Baked Mushrooms PV

I made this yesterday and LOVED them so much I thought I would share though maybe someone has done this before me - highly likely!!!:)

3 Large portabello mushrooms
3 tablespoons of Fat Free Quark
2 slices extra lean ham or turkey bacon
1 clove Garlic finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon of Oatbran

Wash mushrooms and season with salt/pepper and sprinkle each mushroom with garlic. Finely chop the ham and mix with the Quark and spoon onto the mushroom. Top with a sprinkle of oatbran. Bake at 180 for approx 30 mins or till browned. Delicious!

P.S - for PP day I am going to mix the quark and ham and fill chickenbreasts then roll in Oatbran and bake!!! Yummy!
