Baked spaghetti

I might try this out later. Its a recipe I saw which I'm going to adapt a little.

Make a bolognese sauce with lean mince and passatta/chopped toms, onion and herbs.

Cook spaghetti til al dente.

Sweat off some veg of choice, Will probably use grated carrot, grated courgette and whatever else I have/fancy. When softened, stir in some light philly.

Then layer the 3 up, spag sauce, then spag, then philly veg, then same again and sprinkle parmesan on top if you want.

Bake.

If/when I do it I will let you know how it turns out or any tweaks I might make. :)
