yes you should
make sure you dont have dressing or bbq sauce on the chicken

It probably contains sugar and a lot of salt so be careful!

Usually sugar in chicken tikka. Stick to the plain stuff or pile up salad

Hi I often buy chicken tikka breast slices from sainsburys for lunches and I've always had losses. I just find plain chicken slightly bland.
