Bars??

Was just wondering if a person is on a restart can they start having bars from day 1 or not?? Wasnt to sure if the rules for a newbie and a restarter were the same.....and if I do start taking bars from day one will it take longer for me t get into ketosis. I have peanut crunch from last time lying around.

i read in a thread earlier today that the peanut bar has same carbs in as a shake so it would'nt make any diff i dont think, i could be wrong hun??

as far as im aware rules are the same for restarters as for newbies so officially not till week 3 sorry
 
I had bars from day one and i lost 18lb in my 1st week
 
Officially no, but the crunch bars have the same carbs in as the shakes so it wouldn't affect ketosis anyway.
