Batch Cooking

I've not tended to batch cook previously as there was me and my ex, so everything tended to get used up at the time.

Now I'm on my own, however, and once I've used down the stuff in my little freezer, I think I might spend some time each weekend doing some batch cooking - it'll save me having to cook anything during the week then!

Spicy Mince
Spicy Sausage Casserole
Chicken Bhuna
Chilli
Beef Stew
Butternut Squash and Bacon Rissotto
Shahi Murgh
