Right! Today was day one really, I had a last supper on Friday with alcohol, then Saturday night did ok, but had popcorn while babysitting GGD, Sunday went and cleaned my mum n dds and had a wee bit of lamb and a custard tart, well it was m & s!
Back on it today properly.
Spicy spag for lunch, lemon bar for snack and a choc milk shake with coffee.
Had peperami as well, not doing well on the glut glue but had loads of tea today..
TOTM should be appearing, not that I am worried as this diet is starting to play havoc with my cycles!
Ho hum,, on we go!
