Still undecided! TOTM not due for 11 days but I am starting to feel the pain already!
It's great as I have just realised that co-insides with my holiday!

I am just not sure what my body is trying to do to me!
Had a caramel shake this morning. Hands are cold which is a good sign.:D
I am going to read up the refeed - not sure what I should do, I wish I was more decisive!
Planning is going to be the key..

I did 20 mins shaky last night, no other exercise as I had to take DD and GD home.
Need to get a bit more concentrated on this and not lose the plot!

I have booked the 26th off as a day to go shopping for new clothes, I do hope I am not bloated out by then! Typical!

Hi Katierose, I am not quite sure why my target should be? I think that is half my problem!
I went to see my pal who is dieting as well but on another diet.
She was saying I look great,but my face will have issues if I lose more? Lol..
She an see a difference in my size and was amazed I had stayed the same weight since she last saw me 3 weeks ago?
That confuses me, but it must be the exercise toning my body that's giving that impression!

I originally put 10 stone as a target, I think this was in the top 1/4 of my bmi chart?
I originally wanted to put 9stone but I thought that was being a bit over the top..
No way I could get down to 8 stone 11 which is the bottom of my bmi chart!

I am now wondering what I want to get to, as I am a size 12/14on the bottom half , and a 14/16 on the top..
I think I could do with losing a few more pounds but it's almost 20 weeks since I started this and I think my body has plateaued..
I would like to be a 10/12 on the bottom and a 12/14 on the top
Did some arm exercises today and a shaky shaky, will try do more tomorrow..
Trying to do it every second day..

Had a 5th pack today and spoke to my friend about diet chef and also weigh to go.. Trying to figure out if I want to try refeed that way..
Also looking into JUDD, Dukan and Atkins to see what are my best options..

Wish I had started to think about this a bit more before I got a bit stuck!

How tall are you hun??

BMI makes this confusing, the top end of mine is 11 and the bottom is 9. Neither of which is going to be small on my frame! Most medium frame people look healthy around that 10 mark.

Do some research but sound like its time to refeed. Your doing ace with the exercise :) I plan on doing a ll style refeed in October then low carb juddd to maintain.

I had cottage pie for lunch with some mackerel and then a truffa bar so far.
Its amazing how tastes change during this diet!

I have taken foot off the gas so to speak, as I no longer care about the last 3 lbs before I go on holiday.
Just going to exercise and see what happens...

I will be adding extra protein to see if that helps and still trying to work out how to do a refeed in 12 days before holiday.
I will admit that when i go to visit the loo, there is a handy radiator there that I do chair dips on (lol) i have been adding that in today as I do spend quite a bit of time in the loo!

Had mac n cheese with some salad and bamboo shoots and chicken with some spices.. Mmm
OH had a kebab and I was good!

Done 20 mins shaky shaky, was going to do kettle bells but DD was in the house and I had to take her home so I haven't managed it!
Ho hum.. Always tomorrow..

Out with OH today and we went to saint andrews to have a wee walk round. Also hit 25 golf balls on a driving range! Lol, never hit a golf ball in my life before, only ever played pitch and putt twice in my life!

Had a good day,choc shake, cookies shake, Atkins bar, mac n cheese with chicken, peperami, and mushrooms.

Getting there, with adding extra food just need to exercise more!
Scales have still not shifted! Pain..

Eek mine have been stuck too.. despite me having loads left to loose. Hopefully hormones get back to normal soon

WOOHOO, stood on scales, and they say 11stone dead!
Well chuffed as the last 3 or 4 weeks have been a nightmare!
They haven't shifted for soo long, I had to ask OH to come confirm it!

I think I am in the healthy BMI range! Woohoo!

Chocolate shake to celebrate for breakfast!

I slowed down on the exercise and also upped the protein so I think that fooled the body into change at last..

Well today I tried Billy's inferno cardio boot camp thingy! OMG, that was hard!
I also did 20 mins shaky shaky..
Also every time I go to the loo I do 20 chair dips off the radiator! Lol.. Did 80 today! Hehe!

Had cottage pie for lunch with mackerel, and then had a Truffa bar for snack.
Mac n cheese with some chicken and mushrooms and then a toffe shake hot with a spoon of coffee..
All in all a good day, really!

Gosh sounds hardcore! Still haven't got the 30 shred disc INTO the DVD player! Tut tut! Definitely need to! Inspired by your lovely motivating encouraging comments I've decide to get off my butt and start my day off tomorrow sorting my mind out in le gym. Swim and sauna! Awesome! It shall be :)

Off on the 1st August! Gulp, not long now, and its a 12 day food infested american run cruise! Lol..

Heh, I had the same issue, it was only once the weight loss started to slow down that I upped the exercise?
Don't be hard on yourself, as everyone knows this is a difficult but well rewarding thing you are doing!
Baby steps and you will get there, it's more about loving yourself enough, silence that inner critic and fighting those food daemons! Hehe!

The shaky shaky is the flabelos machine? Like a power plate? I find it's great to relax on if that sounds right! Lol.. Your fat gets well bounced without you having to actually move! I also find it helps shake the no 2's down, no problem with constipation! Tmi I know..

I love swimming and sauna, but I haven't got the guts to go do that at the moment!
I have set up a room upstairs so I can go do it all in peace without anyone watching me?

Remember to build it up, as if you go all out it could tire you and make you v v hungry! Did that to me on my first few attempts, Rebekah is great, she does loads of exercise and adds extra protein etc to help with that.

I do a bit of that as well, each to their own..

Ha! I need to *start* le exercise!!!! Too lazy!!

Re/starting with the shakes tomorrow, 4 per day, hoping this will stop me binging!!!!!

Lol I know what you mean now re power plate! And he's shaking the number 2'd down Pmsl!!! You have your own machine upstairs? An I eating right? Lol wow lucky!!!!!!

I am off swimming tomorrow so at first aiming for every other day :)

Had 4 packs today and extra protein, did shaky but will do more exercise tomorrow as had to take DD home tonight!
