BB's second stint to skinny!

Well yesterday went ok...
I went to the funeral and was all tears and snotters :cry:
They did him proud, it was such a lovely service.
On to the wake and I was very good, just drank coffe and water.
We then went for dinner and I had to eat something, I had chicken skewers and then lamb kofkas which wee lovely.
I gave in at the end and had dessert, but my DD helped me eat it!
;)

I was a v v good girl, dealt with it well yesterday and I will just have to give me a pat on the back for not crumbling and ruining everything..
Back on Day one today..
:sigh:

Just had Spicy spaghetti for lunch and I have my 1litre bottle sititng beside me today..

Back to it!
 
Good it went as well as it could. In our culture they go on for weeks beforehand then its an all day event!!

Weeks? Like the sound of that! I don't think I could cope with the emotions though! Hope ur head feels better soon..

Just had mushroom pasta with a leek and mushrooms... Mmm

Today has not been great, been a trying week all round and I will do better tomorrow..

Had spaghetti for lunch, Truffa bar for tea break and then went home from work.
GD was home and wanted pop pops.
Then after making that and nicking some as I do love it, I have had a meaty kebab with no bread and salad..

Back to the drawing board. If I STS tomorrow I will just discou t this week and start again..
Got hair appointment with a new hairdresser tomorrow, wish me luck!

I seem to,lose them after about 5 years..
I hate trying to find good ones..

I am going to give myself a serious talking to, this last stone is going to be the most difficult and I haven't got my head into the zone..
I am going to update my stats and start from today.. Again... No excuses.. No more funerals and other excuses...
I just seem to be relaxing too much and not worrying about the last stone. But I know I need to lose it THIS TIME! I will not get this chance again..

Been to hairdressers and got a groovy barnet.
That's me for another 6 to 8 weeks..

I have just watched a very depressing football match courtesy of Scotland.
Hubs wants to go to the pub tonight, I will be driving methinks..


I am going to go upstairs and exercise myself silly..
Someone gave me a weight bar to try, it's all wavy do I need to give it a try..

A good stern talking to yourself, you can do it. I'm just the same I feel nearly normal and so I'm not so serious, but I've got two stone to go and they won't be easy to come off

Lol.. Can't make up my mind if it's 1 or 2 stone I need to lose! I think that's my problem!
I am going for one. I am hovvering over the bmi of healthy, not quite in it yet.
I would like o get into the middle of the healthy bmi, but I am not sure how that would look.

When no one noticed I was losing weight I was happy as I could just get on with it.
Everyone now says Oooh, lose another stone and you will look ill!
Everyone now has an opinion! I am too scared to put up photos as I am not photogenic in the slightest!


I think it's an Olympic curl bar?? It weighs about 4kg on its own?
It is good I gave it a try!

I have just done level 1 30 day shred! Day one!

Had a wee night out last night, no alcohol or any naughty stuff!
Took drunk people home in the car, need petrol!
Had a relaxing morning reading the papers and updating myself With the world..

Had a cookies and milk shake hot this morning, a Truffa bar and some egg with veg.

I will go upstairs and do housework now, then do some exercising..
Yesterday reminded me of how much I missed the exercise, but not having energy or motivation was my issues?

Onwards to goal!

Sunday went well, and then onto Monday's...
Doing ok really, just very tired! Need to get energy up so I can exercise more..

Lunch was a spaghetti, Truffa bar, then mac n cheese with a cookies n cream shake..
Had some chicken and 200 g of veg..

Drank lots of black tea, not had any gum, and onto my 3rd bottle of water..
have behaved myself, will see how it registers on Saturday!

What exercises have you been doing? What's your hair like?
I haven't been under 16 stone since I was like.... 17 so have decided to die my hair BROWN (this is a 25 year blonde typing!) when I hit 14 stone :) its a biggggg deal so I think it needs a big step to take it on hahaha!

I have wanted to change my hair ever since I can remember!!!!!

I think I know why I was feeling ruff!
I just had a release, ahem!

Not sure why but I rink I have been fighting off some germs and bugs!
Hope I don't come down with anything..

Mmmmm, after the footie yesterday..
I was good, they even made me a cup of tea!
Been ok today,
Had choc shake for lunch, lemon bar for snack and then mushroom pasta with extra shrooms. Just had a cookies and cream hot shake for my last one of the day.
2 litres down just need to finish the last one!
No exercise...
 
well done bb , wish i could get on with some excersize again , i miss my running but just nothing left at the end of the day :0( gonna try really hard to give it a go one of these days , i know as soon as i do my energy will soar .x

I did 30 day shred 2 days ago and it was great, I felt great was a wee but sore the next day. Just haven't had the energy there has been so much more happening!
I want to get into it this weekend.
