Hey everyone!! I really hope that you are doing well and that the excess flab is melting away. I'd also like to thank everyone who has posted their 'before and afters'. Such an inspiration. I'd just like to make a wee plea. Can we be kind to each other? I don't often post or start threads because there are a few who will tell me I'm in the wrong subsection, or if I had read the ENTIRE thread (some of which have hundreds of replies) I'd have my answer. You get the drift. I read a few threads today and was upset by the tone and content of some of the posts - not enough to alert the moderators, but still, snide and sarcastic responses upset me all the same. I know this doesn't happen often, and that by and large everyone here is wonderfully supportive. Just let's nip it in the bud. Much affection, shoegirl. Xo
