Beat the Hunger - Gross but may work

My friend who's recently lost about 5 stone through Gym and some powder stuff you mix with yoghurt or in milk (can't remember the name) told me a good trick to stop wanting to nibble.

You have to decide what you hate most be it spiders, poop, fly's, tapioka you get the drift and imagine it all over the food you want, her particular fave was to imagine a tramp had dribbled all over the chocolate or whatever it was she wanted. I can see it working, I'm going to imagine tramp scabs hee hee

Ergh!!!!

Just the thought of someone licking it and putting it back on the plate is enough for me!!!!

Good idea my brother never seems to clean his overn or grill pan so i won't eat there! when i am tempted to eat anything my daughter says it was cooked at my brothers so tht buts me off ERRR!!
