I think the icecream is best if made on the day, you have to defrost it quite a bit before you can get a spoon in it, but it tasted nice!!

Going shopping tomorrow, need some retail therapy. Will try and remember to pack fruit in my bag so I'm not tempted to buy something "for being so good this week". I'm planning on having a G&T tomorrow as an end of week treat. Quite excited.

Hi Hun,
how long did the icecream take to set to icecream, just wondering when I should start if I want it at night. And what did your bro think of your pancakes? Have fun shopping! Buy something that is not food to treat yourself for being good, like a new purse or something xx

It took about 4 hours, I took it out every half an hour to whisk to stop big crystals. But I think because I left it overnight it froze solid!! Brother enjoyed the pancakes, he had them with bacon and maple syrup - but he's an 18yr old student without an ounce of fat on him, so he can eat normal pancakes!!

I brought myself new nail varnish and a pretty dress in the sale.

x

Hi Becca x

Just popping by to say hi x I made ice cream once and it was like concrete :( I was so disappointed!

Well done for sticking to plan this week x

Oooo homemade chocolate brownie...tell me more...how much do you get for 1.5syns?? Xxxx

I found it on a thread. I can post the recipe later. You get 25 teeny tiny brownies, about 2cm by 2cm! But I put less sweetener in them so they're quite bitter. My thought process is that you'd want to eat less but still get a chocolate hit. You could make them bigger, but I added chopped nuts and dark choc chips for indulgence!!

PRAISE BE TO THE SLIMMING WORLD GODS!!

I've lost 2.5lbs this week, thus bringing my total weight loss to 7 beautiful pounds! Much to my surprise I got a half stone award via the SW website, properly made my morning!! I'm also allowed to tick off a mini goal of getting into the 13's. 13st 11lbs, I feel practically tiny!

Thank you to everyone who's subscribed to this thread, you have kept me to plan. Given me motivation and kept me going. I know full well if it wasn't for your support I'd have given up 2 weeks ago!

So now I am pretty much on target, with a 2lb a week(ish) weight loss. I'm going to keep going strong throughout this week, hopefully get a few training sessions in and a couple of 30DS. Back's a bit twingey but I don't want to stop exercising completely.

Obviously it was my indulgent weekends and lapses of syns that kept me maintaining for two weeks. Now that I've learnt my lesson I shall again attempt a 100% week. Which might be a little difficult as I'm attempting to socialise a bit more now I've got into a pattern of work.

Hope you're all well.

Becca

Sorry all for being so rubbish this past week! My life got very manic all of a sudden.

On the upside I lost 1 pound last week, did my WI on Tuesday though, so it might not be so accurate. But hey, I'm lighter ergo happier.

This week is going to be crazy, my Dad's having a retirement leaving party tomorrow evening and it's my best friends birthday. Already this week I've been out twice for dinner. I've tried to counteract this by eating shed loads of SF foods.

I've reached a lull, need some encouragement ladies!

Woohoo I wondered where you'd got to!
Whats happened that's so crazy...just work or any other fun antics?!

This week sounds fun and like you have plenty going on! I guess you could flexisyn it and give yourself some syn limits?!
We'll all always have some worse or busier weeks than others...just remember it's a long term journey so keep your eye focused on the goal, enjoy yourself and then get straight back fully on plan once the fun and games are over?! Sounds like you're doing a fair bit of damage limitation through the super free anyway!!

Oh and well done on the loss last week!! :) Xxx

Well done on your weightloss last week, don't be disheartened Hun, just try to make better choices than you normally would do and I'm sure it will show. How about a success express day just as a boost on a rare quiet day?
Try not to worry too much, gings right, it's about long term, if it all goes wrong, you get to start again the next day :-D

keep positive and I hope your having fun busy not stressed busy!

Xx
