Well i thought id jump on this train and do my own diary so here goes...
DAY 1
Breakfast: strawberry shake
Lunch: Made a huge tub of salad for the next few days consisting of mixed lettuce leaves, mushrooms, red & white onions, beansprouts, cucumbers, celery, red, yellow & green peppers & carrot so took a small portion of this and mixed it with 1/2 tin of tuna and some healthy living balsamic vinegar - this was heaven on earth, never been a salad fan before but this diet really does change your tastebuds, cant wait to have it again tomorrow!!
Dinner: Hot chocolate shake
