Shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels. Search ebay fro Jillian Michaels 30day Shred. Cost under a tenner! It has 3 levels, each work out lasts about 25mins. You are meant to do 10 days of each level so you do 3odays no break! hard but the results are so worth it. I posted my 30day result somewhere on my diary and the transformation was unbelievable!

According to Dr D:

By starting today you will weigh 158 lbs on the 28/12/2012.

You'll have to follow 3 phases of my method, this means a 54 day programme to permanently stabilize your new weight.

I should do attack for 3 days to lose 2lbs
then cruise for 21 days to lose 4lbs.

So the hard work began today. I think I can do it sooner really, but I shall not doubt the doctor!

Food for today: Day 181 PP
Breakfast
oatbran vanilla porridge
2 boiled eggs

Lunch
1/2 Tesco chicken
muller banana and custard yogurt

Dinner
The other 1/2 of the chicken
2 tbsp cottage cheese

Fluid intake
1l water
2 cups coffee
2 cups green tea
500ml diet coke

Exercise
Level 1 Shred
30mins treadmill

we hit true weight within 2 days of each other..think mines 30th ;-) I know i can like u get there before yey exciting!
 
Yeay, lovely we shall be consoing when we go out in Feb and we shall be on our gala meal, guess whats allowed on gala, a bottle of wine, oops glass! Did I say glass, no bottle, glass, bottle................:D
 
I feel ill today, really weak and headache, like dukan flu symptoms! The day went well both diet and exercise so that day 2 done!

chicken sandwiches

pack of fridge raiders

1/2 homeroast chicken
muller coconut and vanilla yogurt

Thanks girls I am feeling better today. Managed today ok and that's the 3 attack days done! Lets see if the good Dr was correct about weight loss :D
