I'm 137lbs at the moment (up 4lbs since holiday) I'm not quite ready to cruise properly so I'm trying to keep to a semi healthy dukan type menu at the moment. Giving up alcohol is my goal for this week & then cruise properly next week.
looking forwrd to the cauliflower recipe.

Yesterday went on as planned and I am ok but then conso doesn't really feel like a diet! :)

Today's plan
Breakfast:
chocolate oatbran porridge
cup of coffee

Lunch:
2 slices of toast
2 poached eggs
apple
pear


Dinner:
Pasta and ham salad; rigattoni, peppers, tomatoes, red onion, ff fromage frais, ham, 40g cheddar cheese
bowl of raspberries with natural yogurt
