Hi guys...


Well shockingly i have eaten this week.... bread/beans/nutella! :eek: I am back on track tomorrow, think ive puton 3 lbs so quickly... Ive not eaten loads either :rolleyes:

So on wards and upwards tomorrow! still nearly a stone down bar 3 lbs! lol

I agree with Rachel- get back on track tomorrow and keep focused. Often the easier thing is to think I'll have just another blow out to make it worth my while as I've eaten but don't be tempted as it just makes it harder in the long run x
