Been lurking

Hello you lovely lot! Well Iv'e been lurking around for the past couple of weeks without posting as I was unsure if I could get past the induction................. well I have and managed to get from 156.5lb down to 148lb ( most of which came off in the first week ) :D HOWEVER for the past 7 days the scales havent budged, infact I seem to be gaining then losing 1-2 pound every other day. I'm getting a tad frustrated,,,, does anyone have any idea why? I'm still doing induction. Any help would be much appreciated

can you let us know your height etc cos if you are already low bmi it will be harder to lose

Perhaps you can put an example of what you've been eating lately as there are some typical things that can stall people (even if it didn't at first) e.g. cheese, cream, citric acid, Frankenfoods etc.

I would also say it's normal for your weight to fluctuate; perhaps start weighing once a week or once a fortnight instead of daily so that you don't feel so disheartened. :)
