I've just had my induction at the gym.
my new program is:
12 mins on bike.
10 mins on treadmill
8 mins on cross trainer
10 mins on rowing machine
and 75 crunches.
I'm going to do this 5 times a week.
I've got about 100 pounds to loose and i really want to get 3 stone off me by December the 3rd... it just doesn't feel enough. :sigh:
