BEFORE AND AFTER PICS

Well, I have at long last uploaded the before and after pics.....cant quite work out how to embed into my signature, but will do this once I get to goal!!!!

They are in my photo album....ENJOY Oh, the before is just awful, but a good reminder of what could happen again if I let things slip!!!!!!!!!

My after I seem to be smiling and opening my eyes....does help I suppose
