Step 1 Sole Source Began yesterday... journey of a desperate woman :)

Good morning. That's the plan. Looking forward to today being a good day. I've also not weighted myself, so that I don't discourage myself I have gone up either. How are you doing?

Yay good scales resistance. I'm holding on (just) day 3 and starting to get the 'feel good' feeling but very aware I have a long road ahead of me. Still one hour / day at a time! :)

Yes. It is very much a case of an hour at a time at the moment for me. Today was a real wash out diet wise. Had 1 1/2 cup cakes, a steak with roast veg and then salad and lovely French onion soup. But I shall be 100% tomorrow to make up for it. My excuse was that we had guests at home. So fingers crossed.

Had my taster day at health club and have now signed up for a years membership! Eek! Was so busy in the gym / swim etc that I barely thought about food! Fingers crossed I can get a coke more pounds off before weigh in Friday?!

Hello,

Doing okay today. Didn't manage a perfect 100% yesterday but it was okay because I got a walk and lots of exercising done as well. Today's shaping up to be a lot better.
 
Good morning wonderful people,
I'm feeling really positive today because I had my first [in a long time] completely 100% weekend. So chuffed with myself. Weekends in our house are hard since we always seem to be entertaining and I'm constantly cooking. We had friends round for tea yesterday afternoon [I made onion seed biscuits and chocolate brownies] and still didn't cheat, at all. Go me!
So feeling in the zone. Hope you are all doing well. Good luck for the coming week.

So this morning despite being on the time of the month, I've lost a bit of weight. It's not a major change, just a pound, but it does mean I'm in the 11 stone zone finally. That's such an amazing thing for me since when I started this journey, I was in the high 13 stone category.
How are you all doing? Feeling really motivated now.

Hope you're keeping well. I've been struggling to be 100% but sticking to it. Managed a really long walk yesterday, so hopeful the next weight in will show more progress.

I had another marvellous day yesterday to make up for my really naughty Friday night, and this morning, on my scales I've dropped another pound. Really pleased. My BMI is 32.4. So I am most definitely heading in the right direction. My doctor is pleased and she is sending me on to Fertility Clinic as soon as my BMI hits 30. So... the pressure is on to lose the last 13lbs as fast as possible.

How are you all doing?

Good morning people,

So yesterday was another great day on the VLCD and this morning I have lost another whole pound. I'm so delighted. We fly to Sri Lanka on Friday and I'm determined to lose as much as possible for the trip so that I feel all positive and confident when meeting people I've not seen in years.

Thanks Willpowerwoman. It has taken me a long time to get to this stage. Just hope that I can keep the momentum going.

I've got a hair-cut lined up this afternoon, so hopefully that will boost my confidence levels a bit too.

Been an angel so far today. Had a shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch. Also lots of coffee with semi-skimmed milk. Feeling really positive.

I hope you are all drinking plenty of water. That's the challenge now - I don't think I'm drinking enough though I am trying.

No change in the weight today but that's okay. I had a really good day diet wise yesterday and I shall do my best to be super strong today too. I'm sure it's just my body trying to hang on to this weight for a bit before realising it is a losing battle and move down again. Surprisingly not ravenous - I think I might be in ketosis [finally].

How are you all? I walked into a signpost yesterday and cut my face pretty badly. It looks like I've been beaten up actually. I was on my way to the hair-dressers for my hair cut, and got distracted reading a road sign and plonk. I hit myself. Turned up at the saloon with blood pouring down my face. Once my stylist stopped cooing and fussing and laughing, he was really sympathetic.

I hope you all had a really successful day. I've lost another half pound this morning [almost] so feeling happy again that the scales are moving in the right direction. It is funny how just a tiny nudge makes so much of a difference. I was feeling a bit despondent with the stand-still weight last morning and now just losing 0.4lbs has me feeling motivated again.
 
Good morning all,
So I've had a lovely long rest at the weight I was happy with for a while. But now, I've restarted - today is Day 1 on Exante again. I'm on a drive to lose 20 lbs by the 14th of April.
I've got an appointment for me and my OH with a gynaecology specialist and they want us to be a certain weight for the appointment. Well, I'm trying to be less than the prescribed weight to be sure and comfortable about the next stage in the baby making process :)
Hope you are all doing well.
I found this diary really helpful the last time - I wrote in it constantly and I'm sure it will be super supportive again now.

Good afternoon. So the first part of day one hasn't been trouble free. I had a naughty snack,but, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. It happened - it wasn't much and I'm fine.
I also had some yoghurt, again, not ideal, but not too much and I am doing okay with the drinking of the water. So that's a positive. I am also not having diet cola and getting gentle exercise. So feeling good really.
 
So day 2. Hope that each day this gets easier so that by the weekend I'm 100% on plan and really getting the fantastic results I know I can achieve.
