Below goal!!!

Hey everyone,
I don't post much on here anymore as I'm so busy and when I do I'm in the maintenance section, but I'm now below goal! I started CD at 16.2 at the end of June and now I'm 10.6; it has taken me around 7 months which has been quite long but my losses did slow. This is just a message to tell you to all persevere as this diet does bring great results and is so worth it! Will be updating with some new pictures soon
