Best ever Lasagne (but takes time to cook this one but worth it)

This is my favourite ever lasagne recipe that I have made for years (and i make a few tweaks to bring it in as 1HEA and 1.5 syns)

It serves 6.

I skip the olive oil and fry in fry light.
I use extra lean versions of meat (i just use minced beef extra lean btw)

Calculations are below.

Wine, 100mls (3.5 syns - based on fact 250mls is 8.5 syns I calculate it to be 3.5 syns)
Mozzarella (I buy the light one, and its 125g) - if you buy normal one its 50g for a HEA. So thats 2.5 HEA.
Ricotta - 85g is a HEA - the recipe uses 250g so thats 3 HEA
50g parmesan (you have 1/2 HEA left - 15g). Another 30g would be 6 syns and you could manage with that anyway.

I really recommend it, it doesnt have a fake cheese sauce (which is something i hate about some slimming world recipes). it def has the 1/3 super free in it with onions, garlic, spinach, basil, parsley, tomatoes and carrots - and we serve it with salad as well.

It is gorgeous, definitely worth the effort. We once ate it between 4 of us and stuffed was not the word! Having it for tea tonight with garlic bread and salad.:)

Glad u liked it :) its the only lasagne my hubby likes now as he never was keen on traditional cheese sauce.
