Best ever Roasties

Just made the best ever roasties for my "Sunday" dinner. Do the usual and par boil the pots, carrots and parsnips then drained and then roughed up a bit. Then crumbled up a stock cube over the top then sprayed with fry like. OMG amazing!!
 
How long did you cook them in oven for and what temperature coz I have trouble getting mine (and slimming world chips) to brown.
 
Sounds nice, thanks. I might try sprinkling some bouillon powder over the top - too lazy to crumble a stock cube :)
