Best thing you've cooked

I am the world's worst cook but I made the SW quiche yesterday and it was almost foolproof.

I had a bag of those medit. vegetables from Asda that needed using. Obviously, they're cut chunky so I dug out the food processor I forgot I even had and chopped them up finely. Then I threw some garlic and chillies in, whisked a few eggs, plopped a few dollops of low fat cottage cheese in that was about to go out of date and voila! It was actually a glorified omelette but nevermind!

I posted a Speg Ariabiata on Friday eve, I made it and it was delicous.. Roasted veg and sweet and white potatoes with roasted lemon and rosemary chicken breast (using spray light). Also the SW KFC, yummy too. x

Oh my favourite(and not just because it's the only thing I have cooked from here) is mushy pea curry, it was to die for. Looking forward to trying more asap!
