Beth's food diary aka mission 'get gorgeous' ;)

Size 14 and a shortar*e is not diddy! But the 17lbs I've lost has made a big difference - I only have another stone to lose so I guess I am smaller hasn't registered in my head yet though!

So behave!! (but thankyou) xx

We really should stop putting ourselves down - that's a real achievement!

Who'd have thought it ay? Not me anyway! This is my first successful diet in years!

I'm not diddy now so I definitely wasn't slim before I lost those - but thinking about losing over a stone gives me the security to have a few days off over the next couple of weeks - weekend away/BBQ and parties and a possible camping trip - without thinking I'll fall off the waggon and pile it all (and more) back on (plus I know I've got you to drag me back on!! Lol)

We've done amazingly and we'll carry on doing amazingly (after the hols - even superwomen need a rest!) x

As much as I love SW and I'm a 100% girl - when I go away next week I will "go away"!!

I'll be aware of my choices but I'm not going to let it hold me back ;)

L: pasta and hexb cheese salad
Melon
Strawberries
Carrot sticks
Tangerine

D: quorn chilli, brown rice, potato wedges and broccoli

S: 1/2 hexa milk 1/2 hexa laughing cow

The scales say I'm 10.11 now but I think that I'm a little bunged up soo.. I was 10.7 the day I left and even going off last week's 10.8 I don't think I ate enough to gain 3lbs - we shall see when tomorrow comes along :)

I had fun gaining it is all I can say :)

B: 2 x egg ommelette w/ hexb cheese and 2 x quorn sausages

L: creamy tomato and basil pasta n sauce (only ate half of what was on my plate) w/ salad (1/2 hexa milk)

S: 1/4 melon

D: pasta bolognaise w/ 1/2 hexa cheese,
Salad and broccoli

S: hexb fibre plus bar
Strawberries

The scales say 10.9 which mean I'm up a pound from last week's wi and up two pounds from my lightest the week before. Hopefully this week I can lose those 2 pounds that'll put me back where I started a couple of weeks ago then I start losing 'real' weight again..

Could've been worse I guess! Still won't be happy till I'm under 10.7 again! Lol xx

What did you manage to eat whilst 'glamping'?? I bet it wasn't beans on toast!

Will miss you loads over the next few days :(

Put piccies of everything you eat on here for me!!!

Had a great BBQ and a sausage muffin for breakfast - going for a curry tonight so off plan for a little while till our recommitment date, get it out of my system!

My food doesn't always last long enough for me to take a piccie! Hehe..

I'm so jealous of you!! Don't you dare get a tan missy or I'll be going for a spray tan! :p

We have Tuesday set! We'll do it :) together!

I'm gonna be so jealous!! I want lots of piccies so I cam holiday vicariously :) you get Tenerife, I get glamping in the peak district! Lol xx

Back on the wagon! Feels good :) lots of weight gained I can feel it.. Thinking a good half a stone in the last couple of weeks..

Brunch: 2 x quorn sausages, 'fried' egg, half tin of beans

Snack: hexb fibre plus

Dinner: quorn chilli w/ brown rice, potato wedges and sugar snap peas

Snack: apple, hexa cheddar and hexb laughing cows

L: back to the grind so usual hexa feta pasta salad

S: fruit salad

D: mountain of last night's chilli w/ basmati rice, Mange tout and sugarsnap peas
