I'm just really hungry today!! Looking for something else to eat.. I'm not struggling on the diet, just feel that such a
Massive gain has set me so far back!! Grr!!

B: 2 x quorn sausages, beans and 'fried' egg

L: l/f supernoodles

(then cos I was working for a friend until 2am it gets a bit complicated)

First dinner: baked potato w/ hexa cheese and beans

Second dinner: hexa feta pasta salad
2 x hexb fibre plus bars
Melon and pineapple

Mugshot when I got home at 2..

So basically ate sooooo much :( all free foods but still like disgusted at myself.. And I'm working again tonight doing the same hours.. So more of the same.. Worst thing is it's *week so less energy than usual so need more food to keep me going.. Hopefully it won't affect my losses :(

He's an event photographer so I sometimes do the sales for him when I've got some spare time.. But most times
We have to leave about 4 which means it's too early for dinner.. But too late for me to wait till 3 to have lunch. It's a funny ol' day.. I know I ate far too much but the set ups quite physical and as soon as I get tired I reach for food for energy :/

That's what I was thinking - cos there is a physical element to the job you can deffo offset some of what you ate hun. It's not like you were scoffing crisps & choc either ... all good stuff ;)

I'd have forgotten what I'd eaten otherwise! Lol.. How you doing missus? I've been a bit absent these past couple of days 'cos of work..

Think I'm going crazy, had a dream I ate a whole Lindt bunny (I don't even really love chocolate!!) x

All OK here ta x Col was working yesterday so I was able to recover from my hangover in peace ;) Was a bit bored though.

Just got soo much housework to catch up on, I didn't realise how much a weekend at work would put me behind!

Max is working today so all alone and not even a hangover for company, just bedding to wash and a bathroom to clean! Lucky me :) x

Life's getting in the way again - off plan till Friday as dad's here so lots of restaurants.. Hopefully I'll try to be sensible ..
