Beth's food diary aka mission 'get gorgeous' ;)

Well when I got on the scales yesterday evening for a sneaky peek (expecting to have gained because it was like 6pm) the scales said 10.11 which is a 2lb loss, not gonna get excited till Thursday though because that's obviously not a real loss 2 days into being back on plan!! X

Well if you get that result on Thursday that would be fab. Just what you need to give you a boost xx

Don't know what to do next ... you know how good I am. The only thing I can think of is I can't afford to even have one day/meal off plan but that isn't the way I want to live :confused:

I know exactly what you mean, if my losses slow to a stop I don't know what I'll do - can't see myself doing success express for 3 months!!

Do you remember when we started there was that big thread about bananas ... well I was reading Kingled's diary last night and she had hit a brick wall the same as me. She gave up bananas for a week and watched her portion control and lost 3lbs :eek:

So in desperation I haven't had my usual morning banana! :8855: Do you think it will work by tomorrow??

I think there's every possibility that you'll be 8st7lbs by tomorrow ;)
But I've only just started to like bananas!! Grr..
Watching my portion control is certainly something I need to do though.. X

2lbs off gives me 10.13
Gutted I'll have to eat non-sw foods this weekend but at least if I gain a lb I'll still be lighter.. It's only 3 days :) it's the 5 days holiday next week I'm worried about, but at the end of it, in 2 WI's time I'd like to be 11st or under.. Then I can lose till Christmas!! X

I know tell me about it :) not expecting to be in the 10's when I get back off my hols but from then till Christmas I'm gonna be a good girl :) xx

Got lunch at a friend's house today and then I'll be firmly back on plan.. Hate to think how much I've gained :'( xx

Back up to 11.3 which is just what I expected!! So back to it.. In a rush this morning but I have 2 cereal bars and 2 bananas for if I get hungry before lunch (I'm sure I will!)

B: 2 x bananas

L: Cous Cous salad (Cous Cous, stock, red onion & chickpeas) lettuce and tomatoes
Hexb fibre plus bar

D: Spaghetti bolognaise w/ salad

Using my syns for a chocolate apple my little sister made my mum buy for me when she bought her one, looking at the nutrition information it should be 12 syns for the calories - I'm gonna count 10 though because the apple must be more than 40 cals and it obviously doesn't separate the two on the info..
But that does mean I can't drink at the pub quiz tonight (might actually get some answers right!! Lol)

2.5 syns used on a gin and slimline so 12.5 altogether.. Think I might WI tomorrow officially as I didn't go over syns and Thursday suits me better because it's nearer the weekend..
