Day 1 Extra easy

Breakfast: Toast with 2 eggs , muller light

Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna, extra light mayo, (synned), choped up tomatoes

Dinner: Frying steak, new potatoes, onions and mushy peas

Snacks: 4 cold morrisons sausages
apple, orange, 2 choco digestives

Hexa - Milk for tea

What's Morrisons sausages...light ones or veggi's? Did you just have those on their own?

It is the morrisons eat smart sausages , they are free on red and ex easy, yeah i just chill them in the fridge and snack on them throughout the day, it makes a tasty alternative to crisps etc and leaves me feeling more satisfied

Breakfast: 4 jaffa cakes (had to rush out to drs)
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich (hexb), Grape and apple fruit bag
Mid aft: Banana and a cup of tea (hexa milk)
Dinner: Mince, potatoes and steamed veg
Grapes and apple chopped up topped with total fat free yoghurt and sweetner

8ish: Banana and tea

bowl of grapes and apple
topped with total fat free
yoghurt and sweetner

Hex a : Milk for tea

Other half of babies banana

Lunch: 1/2 packet of marshalls cheesy macaroni
bag of steamed veg (broc, carrot and
sweetcorn)

For dinner i will have; small bowl of homemade lentil soup followed by gamon steak and syn free chips and veg

God didn't realise it has been 2 weeks since i last posted my food diary.

Breakfast: 4 Eat Smart Sausages, cold
Tea and twix finger

Lunch : Huge jacket potato with mince left over from last nights
dinner, it had carrot and turnip through it and some gravy
granules, though i am not counting it for lunch as i counted
it in last nights syn values
Bowl of fruit and yoghurt with a dash of sweetner

30 March Day 1 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 42g Porridge Oats (hexb), 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (a)

Lunch - Mild cheese and brocoli pasta n sauce, with 3 morrisons eat smart sausages mixed through

Dinner - boiled ham joint, frylite roast potatoes, mushy peas

Lunch: Pineapple, pasta n sauce, chopped up eatsmart sausages

Tunnoks Carmel Wafer, Curly wurly

dinner: sausage, chinese savoury rice, jacket potato

Hex b - 2 Weetabix
Mullerlight raspberry and cranberry
Mandarin

10:30 1/2 Frozen Curly Wurly (3 1/4 Syns)
Couple of strawberries

Lunch
12:30 Stirfried pork with vegies and egg noodles

2:00pm other half of curly wurly (3 1/4)

Dinner 5:30: Pork Escalop with chips and mushy peas
Strawberries with total yoghurt and sweetner

Lunch: Pasta n sauce made into a quiche with eggs and a half fat cheese slice broken up on top
Apple, satsuma, plumb

Mid pm: Tea and jaffa cake
