BIG BLIP - suffering but moving on! xx

    Just need to exorcise some demons from yesterday folks..............

    Well, got weighed yesterday morning and i had stayed the same on cdc's scales for 2 weeks.

    Agreed i would drop to 1000 for a week to try and get this last bit off before going on to maintenance.

    Came home and started getting ready for Take That concert. dh was late which meant we missed the train and i started to get stressed..... ate a thick slice of brown bread and then all the crusts off my ds's egg sandwich.......then managed to get another train and ate 2 bags of snackajacks................then got to London and had a bite of dh's chicken pannini (a large bite) and about 13 deep fried crispy things with tomato sauce on them...............after the concert really a fancied an apple of all things so ate a big juicy red apple............got home at 1.30am and was so cold had a big cup of tea with a spoonful of sugar, 2 kitkats (2 finger ones) and 2 treat size bags of maltesers!......PHEW, that was a long confession!

    I've got a tooth/gum infection at the moment and this morning i woke up with a stonking headache, throbbing gum and massive waves of nausea. I actually thought i was going to be sick. Not sure if i'm really ill or its just the effects of the food - probably a combination of both. But, i felt as though i had a really really bad hangover.

    Started antibiotics this morning and had one lot of painkillers but still cant shift the headache.

    The good news is that it really made me refocus on everything and question why i was eating that rubbish. This morning i woke up feeling more motivated than i have for a very long time on this diet so i am going to give 1000 a real shot for the next 6 days (got a girls xmas dinner next friday so will go back up to 1200 then) and try to shift this last pound .........or two if i'm lucky:D

    Jodie you've done soooo well, well done hun!! Whats happened has happened but it shows us when we are more likely to eat, like stress etc. Good for you for having a fab attitude now for the week ahead :)

    Don't be too hard on yourself hun, these things happen and I think will always happen from time to time. As long as we are good on the whole with the odd blip all will be well. Sounds like you have thought it through and come up with a sensible plan to drop down for a week to get that last stubborn pound off.
