BIG BLOWOUT

My daughter came home to visit from Cornwall this weekend and I have had the most massive blowout this weekend but i am not feeling a tiny bit guilty i really enjoyed all the meals out and take aways .I am drawing a line under it and starting afresh tomorrow .Wish me luck.

Hehe good luck! It was my 21st birthday last month and I did exactly the same thing, although I think it did me some good, as my weight loss was a little more that week!
